HOW IT WORKS
Roastitnow fully automates the process of turning a raw chicken into roasted chicken.
Its patented technology allows for storage of raw and spiced chicken in its refrigerated chamber; It precooks, roasts, cuts, and packages the chicken for the final customer.

With the capacity to store up to 48 meals, Roastitnow can process chicken and similar foods.
Refrigerated storage
The machine has refrigerated storage to keep raw and marinated chicken at the right temperature until it is ready to be cooked.
Precooking zone
​
The chicken is automatically transferred to the precooking zone. In this process the chicken is cooked at a low temperature preserving its texture and juiciness. It remains in this zone until the customer makes their order, when the chicken is then moved to the roasting zone. The machine also includes a spraying system to apply hot chicken broth every 5 minutes to preserve the chicken juiciness during the roasting.

Roasting area
When the customer places an order using the app or the touch screen display, the chicken is moved to the roasting station, where the roaster, situated 7 centimeters away, gives it a golden and crunchy finish. In only 5 minutes the chicken is ready for consumption.
Cutting zone
Once the chicken is cooked and roasted, the supports open to drop it into the cutting zone where it is cut apart by blades. Then, the hatch doors open to place the pieces into the packaging in the next chamber.
Packaging station
The machine has an automated packaging system under the compartment doors next to the cutting station.
After the cutting process the machine pours chicken broth on the sliced chicken and packages it. This broth helps to maintain the temperature until consumption.

Dispenser
Finally the machine sends the finished product to the dispenser where the customer can pick up their order. The magnetic lock is opened using the delivery code from the mobile app.
AUTO CLEANING BY PYROLYSIS
The periodic cleaning of the machine is done automatically. Given its design for safe operation under high temperatures, the cleaning is done via pyrolysis reaching temperatures up to 400ºC eliminating all residual solids and liquids.

This provides a full cleaning guaranteeing that no bacteria can interfere with food preservation, storage, and processing, and that our machine meets the highest of hygiene standards.
